How do I apply for an invite?

How many people will be there?

Attendance is limited to 100 leaders, plus select GoodTime hosts and special guests.

What is the cost to attend?

Accepted guests pay a $250 reservation fee. Hotel accommodations, meals, drinks, and all planned experiences are included and covered by GoodTime. Because attendance is limited, the reservation fee is non-refundable. It secures your place at Moment, reserves your accommodations, and allows us to plan the experience for all attendees.

If you choose to join the waitlist by paying the waitlist fee, the waitlist fee is fully refundable (less any processing fees) if we’re unable to offer you a spot at the event.

Are accommodations and meals included?

Yes! Hotel, meals, drinks, and all planned experiences are included.

What kinds of experiences and activities are included?

The agenda is thoughtfully designed to balance fresh thinking with time to recharge — from intimate discussions to outdoor experiences and wellness sessions.

Can I bring a colleague?

We encourage them to apply. Attendance is highly curated to ensure the right mix of perspectives and an intentional experience.

Can I bring a spouse, child, or guest?

Attendance is limited to invited guests only. We are not able to accommodate additional attendees or plus-ones.

If you’d like to extend your stay, Cavallo Point offers group rates through the end of the event week, and you’re welcome to book additional nights independently for personal travel.

What is the dress code for this event?

Most sessions are business casual. We also recommend bringing attire suitable for light activities (e.g., workout gear) if you’d like to participate.

Is this event only for GoodTime customers?

No. Moment brings together both GoodTime customers and non-customers. What matters most is creating the right room of senior talent leaders.

What happens if I do not get accepted?

Due to the curated nature of this event, we aren’t able to accommodate all requests — but we’d love for you to join us at a future GoodTime event.
