What is the address for Cavallo Point?
Cavallo Point Lodge is at 601 Murray Cir, Sausalito, CA 94965.
What is the dress code for this event?
Most sessions are business casual. For Wednesday afternoon's curated experiences, we recommend comfortable, casual layers and closed-toe shoes. Several are outdoors, so bring a light jacket for the Bay's wind and fog.
How do I find my dinner table, roundtable, and curated experience?
Head to the My Moment page and search your name. You'll see your curated experience and dinner table for Wednesday, plus your roundtable discussion on Thursday.
Can I switch my roundtable or activity?
Because Moment is at capacity, we're unable to accommodate changes to roundtable or activity assignments. If you have an urgent or emergency circumstance, please visit the Info Desk in Callippe for assistance.
Where can I see the full schedule?
The Agenda page has the complete three-day schedule, session by session, and it opens to the current day automatically during the event.
Where can I find event updates or schedule changes?
We'll notify you by email of any changes to the Moment schedule.
What are the curated experiences?
On Wednesday afternoon you'll join a small-group experience: sailing, a sound bath, cooking school, an e-bike tour, or watercolor painting. Look up My Moment to see which one is yours.
Where do I go for my curated experience, and when should I arrive?
Look up your name on My Moment for your assigned experience, then open the Activities page for its exact meeting point, check-in time, and what to bring. Plan to check in by 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, or 2:30 p.m. if you're sailing.
Is attendance required at every session?
We kindly ask that you attend all scheduled events throughout the three days. If you're unable to attend a session, especially your Wednesday activity or Thursday roundtable, please let the team at the Info Desk know.
What happens if I'm late to a session?
No worries. Please enter quietly and join us for the remainder of the session. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for Wednesday's activities.
What is included during my stay?
Your room at Cavallo Point, all meals, drinks, and receptions, your curated experience, and evening events like the welcome reception and the after-party are all covered by GoodTime.
What's happening in the evenings?
Tuesday features a welcome reception followed by an after-party at Cavallo Point's historic bowling alley. Wednesday is dinner and drinks with assigned seating, plus optional after-hours drinks. See the agenda for times.
What time does Moment wrap up on the last day?
Thursday, August 27 is a half day: roundtable discussions in the morning, then closing remarks from 11:00 to 11:20 a.m. Plan any travel with that in mind, and check with the front desk about room check-out.
Who can I ask for help during the event?
Stop by the Info Desk in Callippe or find any member of the GoodTime team, and check the property map if you need help getting around the grounds.

Where do I park?
Guests are welcome to utilize valet at the reception building or self-park on the street or parking lots. Valet is complimentary.
